CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Queen Street Dental continues to closely follow recommendations from the Queensland Government and the Department of Health regarding COVID-19. β€‹The health and safety of our patients and QSD team continues to be our priority going forward and as such we have enforced extra precautions within the practice.

Some of these changes include:

  • Continued phone screening of patients for COVID-19 symptoms and risk factors

  • Social distancing measures in our waiting room and non-clinical areas

  • Removal of newspapers and books from waiting room

What we need from you to help us remain COVID-safe: β€‹

  • Do not attend our practice if you have flu-like symptoms or you have been in contact with someone known to have COVID-19

  • Arrive several minutes early for your appointment

  • Allow your temperature to be taken on arrival

  • Provide us with your name, address and mobile number

  • Use provided hand sanitiser upon entry and exit of our practice

The Queensland Government has given businesses the right to refuse service if anyone is unwell or presents with COVID-19 symptoms. They instruct us to insist that anyone showing symptoms must leave the premises immediately.

These measures are designed to assist with protection of the community, our valued patients, staff and families.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused for you as we work to minimise the impact of this crisis on our practice for your ongoing care.
