Treatment under Sedation

 

Our practice has the facilities and expertise to help those patients requiring treatment under general anaesthesia or intravenous sedation. 

To refer a patient to Queen Street Dental, please find below our fillable Patient Referral form. This can be emailed to reception@queenstreetdental.com, along with any relevant x-rays and/or documents.  

 

Having received a referral, we invite patients to an in-person consultation to assess their suitability treatment at Queen Street Dental and to ensure they are booked for the most appropriate anaesthesia option. Treatment will only proceed once we have gained informed consent and we are confident the patient has been provided with and understands their treatment plan and pre- and post-op instructions.
